WHAT TYPES OF LIFE INSURANCE ARE AVAILABLE FOR WORKERS?

There are different types of Life Insurance for workers:

- One, arises from Decree 1567/74 and it is MANDATORY, and must be hired by the company in which workers are in a dependence relationship; this insurance requires the declaration of beneficiaries and the processing is in charge of the worker and his employer.

- The second type of Life Insurance is the COLLECTIVE, it is a life insurance established by Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT), it is innominate and being a worker covered by UOCRA CCT is enough. For this insurance, the employer deducts the corresponding value of the insurance fee from salary.
