LIFE INSURANCE

There are 2 types of life insurance for building workers:

MANDATORY LIFE INSURANCE:

In charge of the employer and ruled by Decree 1567/74.

COLLECTIVE LIFE INSURANCE:

It reaches the workers included in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) 76/75.

HOW CAN YOU BE ELIGIBLE FOR A COLLECTIVE LIFE INSURANCE?

There is a monthly contribution to UOCRA for life insurance.

The amount is equivalent to 2% of monthly salary for the Category Watchman established by the CCT for Zone A, regardless of the area where you provide services effectively.

The resulting amount will be retained by the employers monthly payment in the second fortnight of each month or, if the case, to the date of cessation".

ADDITIONALS TO COLLECTIVE LIFE INSURANCE

Additionals are amounts which complement the amount receivable as life insurance from specific concepts.

Additionals in force are:


-Spouse or Partner Support
-Spouse or Partner Support (Accident)
-Large Family Support
-School support
-Secondary scholarship
-Inheritance Expenses
-Posthumous Child
-Utilities
-Union dues (if included in salary slip the corresponding discount of 2.50%)
