Our Secretary-General and Chairman of UOCRA Foundation, Gerardo Martínez together with Executive Director of UOCRA Foundation, Gustavo Gándara, took part in the signing of an agreement with Municipality of Merlo Mayor, Gustavo Menéndez allowing to start actions for the development of a new Professional Training Centre in the mentioned town on 12 August.
