UOCRA Capital held a mobilization to the Buenos Aires City Government Headquarters due to the stoppage of works and the loss of jobs.

Building Workers Union of the Republic Argentina (UOCRA) Capital, held a mobilization to the the Buenos Aires City Government Headquarters, in demand for the recovery of 7 thousand jobs lost in the building industry, the reactivation of works paralyzed by the Buenos Aires City Government and the implementation of immediate start of public housing and infrastructure works promptly announced and not yet initiated.

Over 6 thousand building workers gathered from 8 o'clock in the morning in different parts of the city of Buenos Aires - Av. Caseros and Entre Ríos; Av. Caseros and Jujuy; Av. Jujuy and Juan de Garay and Av. Caseros and Sánchez de Loria - being the intersection of Jujuy and Caseros the meeting point where the different groups of workers departed for the Buenos Aires City Government Headquarters in Uspallata and Iguazu.

Union leaders submitted a petition to the authorities of the City Government that includes mainly: the recovery of the jobs, cessation of dismissals in the building industry and the reactivation of public works in the city.
