Survey actions in several areas of the City of Rosario and Puerto General San Martín.

Programme on Management and Survey of working conditions

Survey actions, dissemination and awareness of working conditions in the works of the Cities of San Lorenzo, Alvear, Timbúes and Puerto General San Martín.

Within the framework of the Programme on Management and Work’s Inspection UOCRA and the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), together with UOCRA Rosario and San Lorenzo and IERIC (Statistical Institute of the Construction Industry) carried out survey actions of working conditions and verification of employment registration of workers in those works.

These surveys are aimed at early detection of any breach related to inappropriate working conditions and environment in the works of Timbúes Thermoelectric Plant, Puerto General San Martín and in Alvear Industrial Park.

Activities were carried out from Monday 16 to Friday 20 November in the works where over 600 workers were surveyed.

Trade Union action, within the framework of Act 23551, allows us to raise awareness and incorporate Working Conditions and Environment (Cymat) improvement through union actions and technical support.

IERIC actions are carried out in compliance with the law 22250, for the purposes of continue formalizing the construction activities and at the same time strengthen social rights, which are involved in these activities.

The tasks were carried out among UOCRA Rosario and San Lorenzo Union Teams and UOCRA technical teams belonging to the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the IERIC.
