THERE WERE TAKEN SEVERAL SURVEY ACTIONS OF WORKING CONDITIONS AT SITES OF THE CITY OF MENDOZA

From 4th to November 10th, within the framework of the activities of the National Programme on Management and Working Conditions Survey, UOCRA, through its Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) together with UOCRA Mendoza, performed different survey actions of working conditions at worksites of the city.
At such worksites, working conditions were surveyed in works of multiple dwelling buildings, infrastructure works (tunnels) and others; safety measures related to work in heights, excavations, use of personal protection equipment and order and cleaning at working places, were worked out. 
In survey tasks, workers’ data were also collected.
The goal of both actions is to keep track of working conditions and environment for early detection of any breach and further adjustment, in the framework of Decree 911 and other standards; and on the other hand, census of workers for the purposes of observing compliance with Act 22,250.
Also, safety leaflets were delivered to various work areas and prevention posters were displayed for the different stages of work. Activities were carried out among UOCRA Mendoza Union teams and UOCRA technical teams belonging to the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
