NATIONAL PROGRAMME ON UNION TRAINING IN HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK

MORE TRAINING AND PREVENTION ACTIONS. UOCRA SAN MARTIN AND PILAR

WE CONTINUE WITH UNION TRAINING IN HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK FOR DELEGATES AND CONTRIBUTORS AT UOCRA HEADQUARTERS

Within the framework of the National Programme on Union Training in Health and Safety at Work, UOCRA Department of Health and Safety at Work and UOCRA San Martin and Pilar, we carried out actions on training for Delegates and Contributors during 21 and 22 March at the UOCRA Headquarters facilities. 

The goal is early detection of risks in different work stages, the implementation and the follow-up of safety measures in the different activities of the types of works.

The contents that were developed during the meetings were:

-Argentina’s current Legal Regulation of building industry
-Personal Protection Equipment, use and conservation
-Tidiness and cleanness, signalling 
-Risk of fire, correct use of extinguishers 
-Manual movement of loadings
-Electrical hazard
-Works at height and use of safety harness
-Excavation and demolition risks

We carried out a group activity in which participants recognized the risks and established preventive measures for any type of work situation. 
Finally, attendance certificates were issued to more than 90 union delegates and contributors who attended the courses.
