WE CONTINUE WITH THE SURVEY TASKS ON MANAGEMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE WORKS OF THE INDUSTRIAL PLANTS LOCATED IN TIMBUES AND SAN LORENZO AND CIVIL WORKS IN THE CITIES.

We continue with the activities of UOCRA National Programme on management and working conditions survey. UOCRA, through the Department of Health and Safety at Work and together with UOCRA San Lorenzo, province of Santa Fe, carried out actions in the different work fronts and maintenance at the oil plants located in Timbúes and San Lorenzo and civil works in the cities.

At the plants, expansion works are being carried out in order to improve production, turning in this way, into the plant with the largest capacity in soybean processing in the world. Also, a new storage terminal and grain shipments will be built in the Timbúes complex which includes a second overseas port and another port to discharge barges. 

An average of 2,000 workers will be employed in the worksites in moments of greater activities. 

The goal of our actions is to keep track of working conditions and environment for early detection of any breach and further adjustment, in the framework of Decree 911 and other standards; and on the other hand, census of workers for the purposes of observing compliance with Act 22,250. The tasks were carried out together with union teams from UOCRA Capital and UOCRA technical teams belonging to the Department of Health and Safety at Work (SHW).
