New survey actions

PROGRAMME ON MANAGEMENT AND SURVEY OF WORKING CONDITIONS

Survey of working conditions in the works of housing within Plan PROCREAR continues in Parque Patricios, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

In order to verify Working Conditions and Environment (Cymat), UOCRA - Capital, together with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) developed these tasks in the works for the construction of the housing project within Plan PROCREAR.
In this housing project there will be built about 3000 units, surrounded by Miravé, Luna, Monasterio Suárez, Lafayette streets; commune 4 in this city. Property is located between Huracán Football Stadium and and "Buenos Aires" train station.
Works are currently in different stages of works, such as excavation and concrete, where over 3 floors have been already built. Also, the construction of a hypermarket, paving of streets and initial, primary and secondary level schools are part of this project.

We have surveyed 5 major construction companies around the neighborhood. These joint actions are aimed at early detection of occupational risks at different stages and work for its quick adjustment and thus reduce the chance of accidents and improve working conditions.
All survey tasks were coordinated with UOCRA - Capital and the works’ body of delegates.
