  • NATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME ON HEALTH AND SAFETY

Training day carried out together with UOCRA Paraná, UOCRA Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), the Municipality of San Salvador in the Province of Entre Ríos, the Superintendency of Occupational Risks [SRT] and the Ministry of Labour of Entre Ríos.

Within the framework of the National Training Programme on Health and Safety, the Building Workers Union (UOCRA), the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) held a Training Course and Awareness on Health and Safety in the Building Industry at Room San Martín taking part Municipality authorities and members of the Ministry of Labour of Entre Ríos and the Superintendency of Occupational Risks [SRT].

The objective of the Programme is to consolidate and disseminate the actions performed with different social and educational institutions for the purpose of working together in the improvement of working conditions in our industry.

In this sense, the speech disseminated information and raise awareness of participants about the detection of the major risks involved in work at Height, Demolition and Excavation activities and the protection and prevention measures that can be taken. Actions taken by UOCRA throughout the country were explained.

Students of technical schools, students of technical programs, professionals, and entrepreneurs in the building industry participated, highlighting the presence of over 120 participants from different locations in the Province.
